RULE 7. MEMBERSHIP

1. The Classification of the Members of the Club shall be as follows:
   (a) Honorary Life Members, being members who have rendered exceptional service to the Club and who are elected as Honorary Life Members as hereinafter provided. They shall pay no subscription and shall be entitled to all the privileges of Ordinary Members but shall not be liable for any debts of the Club. Not more than one Honorary Life Members shall be elected in any one year.

2. Election of Members
   (b) Honorary Life Members shall only be elected by the vote of majority of members at a General Meeting at which such election has been proposed by a Flag Officer and supported by two other members having the right to vote at such meeting.
