In accordance with Rule 18, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2010 for the Kinabalu Yacht Club will be held on the date and time as follows:

DATE  :  FRIDAY, 30TH APRIL 2010

TIME  :  6:30 P.M. SHARP

VENUE  :  KINABALU YACHT CLUB - CLUBHOUSE

The Agenda has been posted on the Club's Main Notice Board and as provided under Rule 18 (ii), Notice of this Annual General Meeting has been sent by post to all Honorary Life Members & Ordinary Members entitled to vote at such meeting.

AGENDA

1.  To call the meeting to order.

2.  To confirm on quorum.

3.  a)  Confirmation and acceptance of minutes of the :-

          i)  Last Annual General Meeting held on 24th April 2009.

     b)  To discuss matters arising therein.

4.  To hear the Commodore's Report for the year.

5.  To consider, accept and approve the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2009.

6.  To elect the Officers of the Club and other members of the General Committee for the ensuing year.

7.  To appoint an Auditor for the year 2010 and approve his remuneration.

8.  To transact any business of which due notice has been given in accordance with Rule 18 (iii) (g).

9.  To discuss any other business - (Rule 18 (iii) (h).
