KYC AMONG TRAINING VENUE FOR SUKMA SAILORS

KOTA KINABALU :  The Kinabalu Yacht Club (KYC), one of Sabah's oldest clubs is proud to be linked with various sailing activities organised by the government and become part of its preparations for the upcoming 13th Sukma in Melaka in June.

Apart from getting all the support from the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment, Youth and Sports Ministry, the Kota Kinabalu City Hall and Eduction Department, KYC has been able to work very closely with the Sabah sailing Association (SSA) to promote sailing among the very young.

He said KYC through SSA has undoubtedly a good track record when it comes to producing prolific sailors who have brought pride and honour to the state and country in general in the past and will continue to promote sea sports activities particularly in sailing.
