1.    Application must be made at least one (1) week in   advance.
2.    No Private Functions allowed on Upper Deck & Sunset Bar on Sundays;
3.    Strictly no Private Functions on Club’s Function Nights (e.g. Major Regattas; Club Open House;  NYE’s etc);
4.    All food to be catered through the Club  (incl. Request for special food items, e.g. Roast Lamb);
5.    Music  (Refer To Club By-Laws Clause No. 8)
       (The playing or operating of Musical Instruments or System & all forms of sound equipment requires the approval of the Club).
6.    Food and Drinks MUST be purchased from the Club.
7.    10% Service Charge.  5% Gov. Tax Food Charge.  50% of the budgeted food cost to be paid before the Function.

• 25 to 54 pax  -  RM 130.00
• 55 to 99 Pax  -  RM 160.00
• 100 and Above  -  RM 200.00 (Max 150)

3.  CORKAGE

• Spirit / Liquor (Per  Bottle)  -  RM 25.00
• Wine (Per Bottle)  -  RM 10.00
• Beer (Per Can)  -  RM 2.00

4.  SOFT DRINK

• Bottle (Per Bottle)  -  RM 10.00
• Can  -  RM 1.00

5.  OTHERS

• Table Cloth (Per Piece)  -  RM 3.00
• Table Skirting (Per Piece)  -  RM 20.00
